Kriti, are you sure the online application form is asking for your 12th marks sheet? Because according to the Information Brochure https://icar.nta.nic.in/Webinfo/Handler/FileHandler.ashx?i=File&ii=285&iii=Y , you need to upload only your scanned Photograph, TThumb impression and Signature. It doesn't mention any necessity of uploading your 12th marks sheet.

No certificates are required to be uploaded along with the Application Form at the time of online submission.
