Hello Aspirant,

You cannot get a seat in Medical colleges absolutely free of cost. Although you can aim at getting into top government medical colleges which has really low fees by securing good marks in NEET entrance exam. If you belong to general category then I'll recommend you to score atleast 650+ marks in NEET to get into government medical colleges. You can visit the following link for more details:
