For instance,a person has selected EWS category in JEE MAINS application form & the certificate is only valid upto july 2020...Keeping in view the postponement of the JEE exam due to the present epidemic scenerio, the counselling might take place in july or post july...What should he/she do???

Such Candidate should apply for renewal by producing the necessary documents at your nearest Tahsildar or Revenue office. Most Government services are open and post April 15th things might get to near normalcy. So you will have to get your certificate renewed.
