You haven't mentioned the name of the course or the examination in which you want to apply. If you are talking about engineering then you cannot add IT marks in eligibility. The eligibility criteria is that you must have passed 10 + 2 with PCM and you must be passed in PCM respectively in order to be eligible for admission and then your IT marks will be included.
