As the email is for the purpose of your easiness and access so that you can receive the necessary information about the exam like your registration details, recovery password and other things.
And it is absolutely fine if you have filled it wrong. There will be no issue during the counseling because at time of counseling they will verify your original documents like marksheet , your valid ID proof , school certificates, you jee results, your choices etc. Not your email I'd.
So don't worry.
