for joining air force as an officer in which stream I (girl)will have to do my b.tech?

stream result measure any stream student can join Airforce officer provided that study mathematics and physics class 12th so think you are doing BTech for you have done your class 12 with mathematics and physics and also in your graduation you are doing BTech so it will be held

thank you for help .but I want to ask in which stream aerospace (engineering) or aerospace (mechanics).I'm really very confused.

No system which you find interested you can enroll for them there will be no issue at the time of for Air Force
