For josaa counselling 2020: If I choose freeze option and then later withdraw the seat, will I get a refund ( after deducting ₹2000 processing charge) and the seat will thereby stand cancel and be eligible for JEE 2021

If you have chosen freeze option then that means you have accepted the seat and then you have to pay the seat acceptance fees.
Note if you have paid the seat acceptance fees and now you want to withdraw your seat, then definitely you will get refund.
As per rules of josaa - if you have exercised withdraw option then you will not be considered
for subsequent rounds of seat allotment. And your seat acceptance fees will be refunded to you after deducting the processing charges of Rs. 2000.
Also if you have withdrawn this year, then definitely you can appear in jee mains 2021 if you have attempt left. Withdrawing seat in josaa and giving jee mains 2021 is totally independent things. So, you can give jee Mains 2021 and once again participate in josaa counseling 2021.
