For making EWS certificate, The income certificate required is off candidate itself or his parent (candidate is 18+ yrs) ? And what about property certificate when no property is owned by individual or his family members(basically residing in rented premises) ??

You need an income certificate of your parents' income which should have income less than 8 lacs per annum and you should be a general category candidate.then you need to get the income and asset certificate from the concerned government authority to get benefits of ews certificate. if you have no asset in your name you do mention it to the concerned authority. there is no alternate option mentioned in ews applying criteria for those who don't have any asset like land or plot. So , ifyou fulfil the above mentioned criteria , you can apply for EWS certificate.
