For neet 2020 postcard size photo is to be uploaded with name and dop or not ?

For NEET 2020, candidates have to upload a passport size photo along with the candidate's name and the date of capturing the photo at the bottom with white background and covering 80% of face with ears clearly visible. File size should be within 10 to 200 KB. The photograph should be within JPG or JPEG format.
