According to the NEET 2020 guidelines, you need to upload the passing certificate. But if your board does not give you a passing certificate, you can upload the marksheeet also, as it is only required to ensure that you have qualified your 10th board examination.
So you can go ahead and upload the marksheeet. All the best.
