for nift/nid, marks for drawing question is given fully or partial marks are given? like for 5 mark ques. only full 5 is given or 4,3,2,1

In nift/NID the criteria changes every year or we can say a bit of changes occur like in some time the paper is with drawings mostly and some time written part is more in short paper is unpredictable.But if you have nice drawing you will get full marks and if partial drawing minimum you will get will be 2.
