Based on the merit list of AIIMS MBBS Entrance Examination 2018, 5% seats of the annual sanctioned intake capacity has been reserved for candidates with benchmark disabilities, in accordance with the provisions of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016. The candidate applying under the OPH category must possess a valid document certifying his/her physical disability. The certificate of disability should be certified by a duly constituted and authorized Medical Board of the State or Central Government administered Hospitals/Institutions . All such candidates, however, will be evaluated by a Medical Board of the Institute (AIIMS concerned) to determine eligibility.
