JEE Main Syllabus
The first stage of admission to B.Arch course at an IIT is qualification in JEE Mains Paper II

JEE Advanced Syllabus
If you manage to qualify JEE Main (Paper II), you will have to appear in JEE Advanced (both Paper I and Paper II).

After qualifying in JEE Advanced, you have to finally appear in AAT test. It is only after you qualify AAT that you will be offered a seat (that is after completing formalities like document verification and fee payment).
