Hello Anusha,
For a private medical seat the fees that you have mentioned i.e. 8 lakhs should be the per annum fees of the college.. neither 5years or 4 years.
No private college offers a medical seat in 2 lakhs per annum, even if it's offering a government seat.
Although their are government seats in private colleges but their fees is just little lower than the fees of management qouta students.
For more clarification you can mention the name of the college in the question.

You will have to pay the fees for 4.5 years and during your inrernshii you might either get stipend or no stipend at all that solely depends upon the college.. Good luck.. Hope this helps..
