The tentative qualifying percentile for SC category in Jee mains is around 50-55 every year. With your percentile, it is unlikely for you to get into any NITs/IIITs. You can appear for the exam again or try for private engineering colleges. Aim for a percentile above 90 to get into a good college and branch.
You can consider preparing for other good level engineering entrance exams like VITEEE, SRMJEE, PESSAT, etc.
