For tanca19, to upload all 3 consolidated, Provisional,degree certificate in single pdf file of 200kb I couldn't compress. Any idea?

Yes, you have to upload all the 3 consolidated, Provisional and degree certificate in a single pdf file. If you aren't able to compress it under 200kb then I'll suggest you to go for some online pdf convertors or compressors and by the use of these, you can easily upload all your documents.
