For Telangana state board students, will the 75% minimum aggregate be considered for both the years or for the second year only?

Hello,
The admission procedure occurs by considering the aggregate marks of Board examination. So the minimum aggregate should be 75% considering both first year and second year marks . This is because the basics of engineering is studied through first year and second year. So it is rationale to consider both the marks rather than the last year.
