    if your homestate is rajasthan for example you will only get facility for nit in rajasthan. you would not  get the home quota for any other states. the students belonging to the particular state will get the facility of home quota for their states.

    No , I am asking that in states like Rajasthan the home state cut off rank lesser than other state cut off rank unlike in other states . So if my rank is more than home state cut off rank but less than other state cut off rank then will I get that branch or not?
