for the session two of jee mains i created another application instead of logging in with my previous session 1 application but have not completed that application yet. now i can't login in my session 1 application , if i apply from different for different sessions will they be rejected ?

In response to your question, if you haven't gone through the full procedure of the application form technically you're not enrolled as a new candidate yet. Though as I don't know what's the message being displayed on your screen when you're not able to login through your first session login id details, it will hard to predict the root cause of the problem.
