Yes for getting into medical field you must get good marks in any of neet ug, aiims , jipmer etc. It's a national level examination wheres students in huge number participate for few seats under mbbs , bds, bams, bums bums and other medical related courses. The competition is very tough and only few students are able to secure their seats .

In order to get admission in MBBS , you'll have to attempt the NEET examination conducted by the CBSE every year on the first Sunday of may.
