For to take admission in MBA working should be compulsory or not??

Dear aspirant,
If you have the required money to pursue MBA I'm positive that you don't need to be working. However if u are working, some companies provide fund for their employees to pursue MBA. So you do not need to be working to study MBA.

But if I wanna do MBA from iift than I think there working experience is mandatory...??

Applicant must satisfy one of the following eligibility criteria for admissions to the MBA programme. A graduate degree under 10+2+3 or 10+2+4 pattern under any discipline, securing at least 50% marks in aggregate, from a recognized university. Coming to your query, some of the B-schools expect students to have work experience i.e it is compulsory in some B-schools (for example in ISB Hyderabad, atleast 24months of full time experience is required).
