Hi aspirant,
Most of the colleges conduct their admission tests during the month of March to May. Some exceptions also there. But now we are in the year 2019. Universities usually open their admissions for PhD courses in Jan every year also. I think you are asking about that. If you mention the college or university name with the course, it will be easier to answer.
