While uploading your requisite scanned copies of 10th passing certificate or the important documents of NTA NEET , you can ask your respective 10th passing board to issue you the passing certificate or you can submit your marksheet of 10th of your recognized board.

It's okay if you do not have your class 10th passing certificate. You can instead attach your 10th std mark sheet. The basic purpose of this document is just to view your class 10th score and that you have passed and to view your date of birth.
