Dear Hetvi ,
Im sorry to say that you had not mentioned that the recent college name and which college you wants to transfer and mostly this things are happened in offline mode with proper reason of transfer but before transfer you must aware with college they are excepted your transfer or not .if they are not accepted your application then you will in big trouble .
