From where will I get UGC Approved Journals?

UGC has compiled a list of Journals and has listed all the journal in a database from where it can easily be accessed. You can go through the below mentioned link for the list of UGC approved journals where you can get your article or manuscript published.

Just choose the journal you wish to publish and then you can proceed with the publication if you wish to.

What kind of Journals do you think you want? As far as I know UGC approves institutes. If this is for some college or institute project, there is nothing like a UGC approved journal. Pls check your college library, use the internet to get an idea.

Those who have qualified UGC NET and seeking for the Assistant Professor jobs can publish their articles in UGC Journals and stand a chance to get placed at prestigious universities.

But before publishing these articles, make sure you have already qualified UGC NET Exam .

UGC has published the list of 38,653 journals that are approved for the various academic purposes. These journals are list out on the basis of following terms –

· Web of Science

· Scopus

· Journals Recommended by the Standing Committee on Notification on Journal and Language Committee

· Indian Citation Index (ICI)

· Journal Recommended by Universities.
