From which topics I can achieve 200+ mrks in JEE?

You can easily get 200+ in JEE, just focus on below topics which I am going to suggest you.

1) Go for Inorganic Chemistry first, then Organic Chemistry. As, one can easily score good in inorganic chemistry, by simply learning this physical property of different blocks and organic is not that much tough at all too, if we know the very basics.

2) 1 question always come from Mathematical Reasoning, so never let than question go wrong. Apart from that you should practice for Coordinate Geometry and Calculus in a skilled manner , as most of the questions are usually framed from these chapters doubtlessly.

3) From Physics, I would like to recommend you DC Pandey book and Choose the Important Topics like, Optics ( Both Ray and Wave), Electromagnetism, Rotational Motion and last but not least, Thermodynamics.

See, 200+ is a very good, and also not so easy target to have. For getting that amount of marks, you'll have to cover most of the syllabus thoroughly.
But you can surely focus more on some topics, like
Inorganic chemistry,
Vectors, 3d geometry, limits, Quadratic equations
Modern Physics, thermodynamics, kinematics.
