It depends on which institurte you re taking admission in. Most collegs do not ask for gap ecrtificates but some do. It is better to be prepared though. You can get a gap certificate from the nearest court of law (sub divisional/district etc) or you can get one from https://gcoeara.ac.in/admission/AY2018-19/GAP%20Certificate%20Affidavit.pdf for the format in which the gap certificate hs to be present and get it stamped from the nearest courst of law.
