Hello Pinki,
Most colleges/universities/companies do not require gap year certificates. But if they do, you can take it from the following people:
Your college authorities, stating you had stopped being a student one year earlier.
Your doctor, if you took a gap for medical reasons.
Your boss/instructor if you were doing any internship/course.
