For the score and rank you mentioned you have very low chances to get any psu. But you can get lots of NITs to do Mtech courses in CSE. You can aply for NITS in jamshedpur, silchar, bhopal, calicut etc... you even has some chances to get IITs like roorke and kanpur.

The authorities have not declared any official cut off lists yet for 2019, but according to previous years data you have high chances of getting NIT Jalandhar(287), NIT Jaipur(473), NIT Allahabad(465), NIT Goa(294) and NIT Surathkal(509) and IIEST shibpur (588) with your category marks.(I've mentioned last year's closing marks in the brackets respectively).
