Hello Dear
Since your Gate rank is descent but it can't be able to lead you to the IIT zone because for which your rank should be under the radar of 1.5k in the ECE domain based upon your respective category you can't be Able to take the IIT but yaah you have the chances to take the NIT zone like NIT Nagpur , Srinagar, Surat, Agartala etc .
