Congratulations,
You can get premier institution such as IIT with your score. With your score you can get admission in most of the IIT.
Generally candidate with 300 and above score are eligible for most of the IIT.
You can easily get admission in IIT- DELHI, Kanpur,etc.
Chances in IIT - Kharagpur are seem less as per previous cutoff.
