Hey there
GBS college Hubli is a decent college for MBA honestly. The package here is not so good only a few students get good package and rest go for less than 5-6 lakhs which is not good for an MBA student. So if you have no better options you can join the college as if you study hard then college will not matter and your hardwork will matter.
