Well this is a very hard to predict thing because the cutoff fluctuates for every year , depending upon many factors. So a minimum scoreis hard to predict. But if we summarise the previous year cutoff trends , then a score above 250 in JEE ADVANCED can get you a seat in CSE in good IIT like IIT Bombay where are only two seats reserved for Gen PWD students. A score above 200 can also fetch you a seat but not in top IITs.
