Hello...
Definitely general category students too have the right to study. But indian constitution is somewhat biased towards caste system that's why even after scoring enough people don't get seat.
But after implementation of EWS category general candidates with low income will get benefited.
Study more to get success in your life considering the fact that you belongs to general category.
