Cut offs depend on various factors like number of students who appear for the exam, number of students who qualified, top exam score and toughness of the exam. ST category has 7.5% reservation and General Category has no reservation which means out of every 100 seats, 7.5 seats are for ST, 27 seats are for OBC, 15 seats are for SC. Now 10 seats are allotted to EWS. So almost 59 seats are going for reserved categories and general category students have only 41 seats left. And when there are less seats available, the cut off increases thats why General category has higher cut offs than reserved categories.
