Well a lot of times there happens to be some problems with the website, maybe a technical glitch or anything and because of that something like this happen. Just wait for some time and then check again. Also you can clear your cached data and then try again and maybe that will work. In case nothing works, just drop them an email asking the same and they will surely help you out with this.
