Abortion is not a simple process as they show in movies and if done wrong may turn fatal and life threating. So if you are in some situation which you think is something you can dealt with then let me assure you that no you cannot handle it alone. So do consult some adults in your family.
Now coming to your question, if you force anything on anyone, then ofcourse it is a crime and there must be some action taken.
Also abortion is illegal process and requires a lot of documentation to be done legally.
