Definitely girls can also be a civil engineer. Girls too can opt civil engineering as their branch. Just you need to build your interest in infrastructures, basic building blocks of any structure.
As other branches you need to just clear cutoff of your dream college. If you think civil engineering is your dream branch then go for it
