EAMCET stands for Engineering and Medical Common Entrance Test, this exam is basically conducted for the the admission  in some medical engineering colleges other than MBBS and BDs in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh state of India, some of the colleges require qualification in this exam for the admission of the courses like B.pharma,D.pharma,BSc, BE,BTech,etc.
If it is for Andhra Pradesh state then it is AP EAMCET , and if it is for Telangana state then it is TS EAMCET
