To give IELTS exam you should have valid passport and your age should be atleast 16 years.
Every months 4 to 5 dates are declared on which ielts exam is conducted , you can apply online for this exam . IDP and BC are the two organization which conducts this examination.
There are four modules in IELTS
1 Reading :- 3 paragraphs are given to you in this module and you have to solve all these 3 paragraphs in one hour.
generally Questions are of the type
1 MCQs
2 finding headings
3 True/false
4 fill ups
2 Listening :- you need to give answer to MCQs , Fill ups , true/false, match ,by listening to the audio
3 Writing :- In one hour you have to write .one essay of around 250 words and decribe one pictorial diagram in around 100 words
4 speaking:- in this module you need to give a interview in english , in first 15 min examiner will ask you general question related to your hobbies and life , in next part , you have to speak continously for 2 min on the given topic and answer follow up questions
