Make a weekly planner.
Keep a recird of what is dobe in the institute
Dont cram or panic
Keep a time limit
Follow session studies
Try to complete what is done in the week so that uhh get revision time later

You can follow below tips for your preparation
-Focus on the topics which caries more weight-age in the exam. Organic and Inorganic chemistry is very easy. It can be easily mugged up and increase your chances to score more in JEE MAIN.
-Remember all the formulae and learn how to utilize them.
-The basic principles should be cleared make sure you have understood the concept. NCERT books are best book to work on your basics.
-Don't go beyond the syllabus.
-Revision of the syllabus is very important make sure you do revise your syllabus properly. You can take help of your notes if you have prepare them
-Attempt a maximum number of previous years question papers. Solve as many as mock test series to analyze your preparation level at regular interval of time. Know your strength and weakness. So, you can work upon them.
