Hello Aspirant,

GNNO category means General And Others in AIQ councelling. Here is the description of all ranks-

neet rank-include all students from all over india irrespective of state or category
aiq rank -doesnot include students from J&K and telangana. So less than neet rank
category rank- your rank in your category in india for example general,obc,sc,st. During 15 % counselling aiq is seen.but dont worry it doest not affect your seat or ranking
