Good afternoon Sir I have secured 510 Marks with 40936 AIR in NEET 2025 could i get admission in Govt. medical college in Gujarat with Gujarat domicile ?

Most government colleges in Gujarat close admission at much higher scores (around 630+ marks). For example:

• BJ Medical College, Ahmedabad usually closes around 670+

• Baroda Medical College around 640+

• Jamnagar, Surat, Rajkot also around 630+

So, with 510 marks, your chances for MBBS in a government college are very low

• Still apply for state counselling (ACPUGMEC) – sometimes seats may be available in mop-up rounds.

• You may have better chances in BDS or AYUSH courses in government colleges.

• You can also consider private medical colleges under the state quota
