Yes it is possible.

According to the previous year CIVIL Engineering cutoff trends of GATE, your daughter can surely get NITs. Now it depends that which NIT and which specialsation she will get on her preferences and in what she is interested. It would be tough to get top NITs with a good branch but she can still manage good colleges. As I remember last year NIT SURATHKAL's closing score for Environmental Engineering was above 410 for SC category. Also she can get few options in NIT Calicut. Be prepared foe the cutoff rounds and apply wisely.
