Good marks is a very subjective for any candidate. It can be different for different candidates so as per my view i would giving you my views.
So, if you score atleast 140-150 marks out of 300 then it is considered to be good for me and in these marks your percentile would be around 97 which is a good one. But if you need 99+ you have to score 170-180+ marks.
