Good morning sir I passed 12 from CBSE board can I eligible for lekhpal but I don't have any computer course certificate

Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Commission (UPSSSC) has released details of enrollment for post of Chakbandi Lekhpal. There were 1364 vacancies in this recruitment for 2019 examination.
Eligibility criteria for giving this exam :

• You must have age between 18 years to 40 years.
• You must have passed 12th examinations from any board recognized by government.

Preferential Educational Qualifications are :

• Served in the Territorial Army for a minimum period of two years.
• Has been obtained National Cadet Corps B certificate.

So, I think there is no need for obtaining a computer education certificate.
