Yes definitely you can enroll in your desired UG course since you are pass because your 6th subject marks will be considered in place of Mathematics.So don't worry.

Yeah definitely you can enroll in UG courses across various Universities / colleges since you have overall 70% in Class 12th. But yaah if you go for the engineering stream of your department like B.tech in Bio medical , Bio informatics etc then it might be somewhat difficult for you because in some good private colleges they will ask 50+ marks in each and every subject. But anyways your overall percentage is better you can be able to enroll in any of the good University. Just try your level best .
