No one gets a particular invitation from VIT for joining the campus. But if you apply using its official website and fill the application, then on the basis of your scores, as you provided, you have high chances of getting into VIT in its first round.
However, since this is the first time the applications are being shortlisted on the basis of board criteria, it can not be said 100 percent clearly whether you will get selected or not.
