In Rajasthan, there are several government nursing colleges like Sawai Man Singh Medical College in Jaipur, Government College of Nursing in Ajmer, Jodhpur, Bikaner, and others. To get admission in these colleges, you need to clear the RUHS B.Sc Nursing entrance exam.
The cutoff marks usually vary every year but for general category students, the expected cutoff is around 80-90% for top colleges like SMS Jaipur. For other government colleges, it can be around 70-80%. Reserved categories have slightly lower cutoffs.
Keep in mind, 85% of seats are usually reserved for Rajasthan state candidates, so being a local student helps. You’ll need to apply through the RUHS official website and keep an eye on admission dates.
