Govt announced 14% quota for female in btech courses from IIT'S and NIT'S....does this quota also applies for MTECH from IIT & NIT

No, this quota doesn't apply for M.Tech!
This only applies to B.Tech courses in IITs and NITs.
According to HRD Ministry official,the seats for male students will not be reduced and the supernumery seats will be created only if the percentage of girl students falls below 14% in any NIT.

No the reservation given will vary for both B.Tech and M.Tech students. As the M.Tech entrance will be done gate exam here the reservations are allocated on the normal education reservation basis here female candidates will get the reservation of about 32% plus a reservation for their caste basis.
